NOMINATE

The awards are open to all researchers worldwide. You can nominate yourself, your co-worker(s), your company or your clients so long as they meet the judging criteria for the category.  

 

If you are submitting more than one nomination, you must create a new registration for each nomination. You are allowed multiple registrations under the same e-mail address.This is the only way the planform will ensure you receive all applicable price discounts. If you put multiple nominations within one registration, you will be required to pay and submit all at the same time, and you are not guaranteed to receive all applicable early bird and standard pricing discounts. Best Client-Side Team category: 

  • Early-bird entry fee (April 22 – May 22, 2024): $0  

  • Standard entry fee (May 23 – June 25, 2024): $0 

  • Late entry fee (June 26 – July 11, 2024): $149 

​ ALL other categories: Company, team, individual, project and collaboration:  

  • Early-bird entry fee (April 22 – May 22, 2024): $79  

  • Standard entry fee (May 23 – June 25, 2024): $149 

  • Late entry fee (June 26 – July 11, 2024): $229

In 2024, the two Researcher of the Year categories (for end clients and suppliers) will be merged for the first time. To ensure equity in this transition, client-side (in-house) researcher nominations for the Researcher of the Year category can utilize the discount code 100OFF between April 22 and June 25, 2024. This discount is not applicable to supplier nominations in this category, nor can it be used in any other categories. For additional information, please visit the Rules of Entry page.
